- 01We’re happy to welcome pups during the following times: • Monday–Friday: 7:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. or 4:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. • Saturday: 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. • Sunday: 4:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. A Few Helpful Notes • Check out is at 12:00 p.m. Check out between 4 pm - 6 pm will be charged for an additional day of boarding. • On Sundays, we’re open in the late afternoon for your convenience. A Sunday Departure charge equivalent to an additional day of boarding will apply. • We are unable to accommodate early arrivals or departures.
- 02Cancellation of reservations for peak season or holiday* stays must be made 7 days prior to the original scheduled check-in date to receive a refund of the deposit, less any transaction fees. Cancellation of reservations for off-season stays must be made 2 days prior to the original scheduled check-in date to receive a refund of the deposit, less any transaction fees. Customers who are NO-SHOWS will be charged for their pet’s entire intended stay. Refunds (if applicable) will be credited back to the original method of payment, less transaction fees, and may take one or two billing periods before refunds appear on your billing statement. *Peak seasons and holidays are: May - August, November - December, New Year’s Day, BISD Spring Break, Easter, Memorial Day, and Labor Day.
- 03If reducing your reservation length during peak season or holiday* stays, changes must be made 7 days prior to the original scheduled check-in date. - 04Pets can be picked up early, although the entire cost of the original reservation will be charged at check-out. If you are unable to pick up your pet on the scheduled pick-up day, please contact us to extend the reservation. We will make every effort to accommodate these requests.
